COVID-19 Clinic updates

  • Our number one priority is to provide you with the safest possible care in the most timely manner. Current guidelines continue to recommend that we maximize virtual visits whenever this option is available and appropriate.
  • We encourage you to contact the office to address any health concerns.
  • Our staff will arrange a time for your provider to contact you by phone or virtual visit and can make arrangements for an in-person visit, if one is required.
  • Our office is currently not accepting walk-ins; if you require a visit with your provider, please call the office ahead to arrange an appointment.  Please limit the number of guests at in-person appointments and use the washroom in advance, whenever possible.
  • All patients will continue to be carefully pre-screened prior to an in-office visit.
  • We are adhering to strict clinical standards and protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Extra time has been allotted for cleaning/sanitizing examination rooms between each patient.
  • We have restricted access to our waiting rooms. Patients should expect to remain in their vehicles (or wait outside) until the examination room is ready and your provider comes to get you. Please listen carefully to any special instructions that may have been provided to you at the time of booking.
  • Examination rooms have been reconfigured to minimize touch points. Extra chairs, toys, magazines, brochures, and other shared items have been removed.
  • Please respect social (physical) distancing guidelines of 2m (6 ft)
  • Please do not crowd the entrance ways or gather with other patients who are waiting.
  • MASKS or FACE COVERING ARE NOW REQUIRED when visiting our clinics as per our organization’s policy.
  • If you do not have a mask or face covering, one will be provided to you at the clinic entrance.
  • It is important to understand how to properly put on, take off and dispose of your mask or face covering for it to be effective.
