Clinic UPDATES
- Our number one priority is to provide you with the safest possible care in the most timely manner.
- We encourage you to contact the office to address any health concerns.
- If you require a visit with your provider, please call the office ahead to arrange an appointment. Please limit the number of guests at in-person appointments and use the washroom in advance, whenever possible.
- All patients will be asked to self-screen prior to coming into the clinic.
- We are adhering to strict clinical standards and protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Examination rooms have been reconfigured to minimize touch points. Extra chairs, toys, magazines, brochures, and other shared items have been removed.
- Please respect social (physical) distancing guidelines of 2m (6 ft)
- Please do not crowd the entrance ways or gather with other patients who are waiting.
- MASKS or FACE COVERING ARE NOW REQUIRED when visiting our clinics as per our organization’s policy.
- If you do not have a mask or face covering, one will be provided to you at the clinic entrance.
- It is important to understand how to properly put on, take off and dispose of your mask or face covering for it to be effective.
