ACCESS TO VACCINE RECORD:
As of Sept. 22, 2021 you will need to provide proof of vaccination to access certain businesses and venues. To obtain a copy of your vaccine record you can print or download your vaccination receipt from the provincial booking portal. Those who need support obtaining a copy of their vaccination receipt including those who do not have access to a computer or printer can call the Provincial Vaccine Contact Centre at 1-833-943-3900.

Once an appointment is booked, on the day of their appointment you will need:
- The booking confirmation number or QR code from the provincial booking portal
- Their health card
- To wear a loose fitting top or t-shirt
- A mask
