ACCESS TO VACCINE RECORD
To obtain a copy of your vaccine record you can print or download your vaccination receipt from the provincial booking portal. Those who need support obtaining a copy of their vaccination receipt including those who do not have access to a computer or printer can call the Provincial Vaccine Contact Centre at 1-833-943-3900.

Niagara Health’s COVID-19 ONLINE COVID test booking tool
- Niagara’s online self booking for the COVID assessment site. Patients can choose from a list of available appointment times and will receive instructions on how to access the centres and other important reminders when you schedule your appointment. There are no specific treatments for coronaviruses, and there is no vaccine that protects against coronaviruses. Most people with common human coronavirus illnesses will recover on their own.
You should:

try a humidifier or a hot shower to help with a sore throat or cough
